The Christmas Fair will be housed in a huge marquee situated on the land at the rear of Poplar Tree Garden Centre, adjacent to the nearby River Wear. Parkng will be FREE for the entire weekend. The marquee will provide heating, electricity, lighting and overnight security (for 60 stallholders).

Our aim is to create another Fair that exposes the creative talent of the North East, providing prominent selling opportunities for quality exhibitors to sell their goods in the run up to Christmas in Durham.

Extra festivities will include music, mulled wine for those adults wishing to get into the Christmas spirit, a visiting Santa with his real reindeer for an added sparkle to the Children’s day, festive food and tunes, and much, much more.
