Poplar Tree Garden Centre has a network of reliable and expert couriers all around the UK and we will ensure that all orders will arrive safely at your door on time. We aim to process all orders the same day if ordered before 12 noon and aim to despatch orders for 1-3 working day delivery periods unless the items are much larger and need to be ordered from our suppliers. Items like large furniture sets may fall under this category but most furniture items we will despatch within 3 working days
Poplar Tree Garden Centre Durham will guarentee your order to be delivered Nationwide anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland straight to your home, your workplace or neighbour, whichever is most convenient for you - just let us know when ordering.
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).

Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on the size and value. Delivery of small items will be made by Royal Mail (First Class) which is to be 'demonstratably the best and most trusted postal services company in the world'. Delivery of itmes are on a first class next day delivery service.
Delivery of standard size goods (except two man lift items) will be made by Fastway Couriers. Fastway Couriers offer a nationwide door-to-door sensitive express parcel delivery. Fastway couriers will handle and deliver all parcels as next working day delivery (ordered by 12am).
Delivery of our two man lifted items will be made by Logistic's. They are the market leaders in the provision of specialist distribution services. Logistics provide a nationwide service delivering orders by a proffessional two-man crew.
Delivery of Large products being delivered locally (christmass tree's, ornaments, water fountains and hedging trees) will be delivered within our local area (County Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland & Darlington). Unfortunately this is because of how fragile the tree's are and due to their size.
Collection from our Poplar Tree Garden Centre store is now available and FREE of charge! PLEASE NOTE: Collection during weekdays only store opening times.
