Brambles Coffee Shop Durham is now offering a sumptuous selection of freshly cut sandwiches and cakes and teas from around the world, all served on the finest china and 3 tiered afternoon tea trays.
Bookings are highly recommended (as far in advance as 12 months already) as Afternoon Tea has become so popular since we began offering it in January.
We offer Afternoon tea at The Brambles Coffee Shop Durham Suite from 2pm - 4:30pm

Brambles can seat up to 100 customers inside with a further superb outdoor seating capacity of 100 and a marquee seating a further 50 with beautiful views towards the
River Wear and Houghall Woodland beyond. Brambles coffee shop is part the new retail complex at Poplar Tree Garden Centre which also has a Food Hall & Farm Shop attached to it.
Brambles lies within yards of Durham's River Wear with a view of the "Durham Grand Canyon" over the river at Houghall woods. That is why Brambles Coffee Shop attracts thousands of walkers a week from the relaxing riverside walk.

Inside the Coffee Shop is an array of indoor plants to help you relax. When the weather allows there is a patio area ooutside the coffee shop where you will find wooden tables and chairs with green parasols.
